I decided to order my Save the Dates from Paper Goose In Studio City, Ca. Since I knew my wedding invitations would be expensive I ended up having Paper Goose do my Save the Dates. I had a border around the text to help define the Save the Date. Unfortunately the border ended up being off center or the 'paper wasn't cut correctly' as Paper Goose stated. I was pretty upset with their quality of work. I can't believe that a crooked or off center printing job would pass their quality control. I did end up getting half my money back FOR THE PAPER ONLY, not half of what my total cost was. I understand that mistakes are made however, what REALLY made me upset was that one of the girls who works there told me that she 'wouldn't have really minded if her save the dates were crooked'. I find that hard to believe! She acted like she couldn't understand why I was so upset that my Save the Dates were crookred and off center. Not great customer service!!
