Review content:
We called this company to come take a look at a tree that we wanted cut. First the guy gave me an appointment , didnt show and never called to say he wasnt going to make it, meanwhile, I was @ home waiting for him. Called him about 2hrs later and he goes, "" oh, I forgot and am downtown"". He asked to reschedule which we did. The guy comes out to look at the tree and left me a quote.
I called him to discuss the price which I thought was quite high considering how much I paid to have other trees cut.He simply says to me, this is the final price, I don't negotiate and have a good day, and HE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. My wife became furious and called him back to ask why he hung up the phone and he started cursing my wife out. Bottom line: this is the worst I've ever seen from any vendor.I do not recommend this company to anyone.
Cons: No customer service!
