Absolutely disgusting!!! I bought a groupon from here for laser hair removal and the staff was RUDE, inconsiderate, and have no idea how to manage a business! First off, this place is disgusting! It's an urgent clinic! Horrible customer service, I waited over 30mins for my appointment only for the lady to FLIP out on me because I smiled and laughed at something she said. Honestly, I didn't know what else to do but laugh because her behavior was ridiculous! Then she ""refused to work with me"" because I laughed and thought everything was a ""joke"". Sorry I have a personality and excuse me for not knowing laser hair removal was as serious as open heart surgery. She wasn't even a doctor which probably was the funny part to me because I am in graduate school studying medicine. I don't appreciate being talked down to, getting dirty looks from the other staff, and treated unfair. I have worked with numerous people in the medical field and have never had a problem with anyone. This place clearly has a lot of issues as well as their staff.
