My brothers and I were out for a day of shopping in Delaware for the first time, when we came across this store. The store looked very appealing inside and out. However, once you enter the store be prepared to be stalked around by a sales associate named Michelle. As we entered the store she followed us, and wouldn't allow us to try and musical instrument out, ( My brothers and I play 3 instruments each, including the violin, piano, drums, guitar and cello ) and when asked why we couldn't play the instruments, she responded with "" not unless you are going to buy. "" . I replied with "" How can i buy something that I don't know if i like""... ""Well you aren't going to buy anything."" Was the response I got. Crossroads Music Ltd, Great store, was really excited to see such a great store open with such a variety, we will not be back due to poor customer service and rather sad employees. My brothers and I ended up hitching over to a guitar center in Columbus, where we spent close to 500$ on guitar pedals and drum sticks. Your employee Michelle will forever haunt your profits. Thanks !
