Review content:
Had lunch here on saturday. Here's a synopsis: Wait? Told 40 minutes, was actually 1 hour 15 minutes. Horrible Service: 15 minutes to wait for water. Order: After waiting 45 minutes, a CHEESEburger ordered Medium Rare came out a burnt charcoal of a burger, no cheese. Coffee drinks (ordered without whipped cream) came WITH whipped cream, but no espresso shots in them. This place is all smoke and mirrors. If the food and service was any good, they wouldn't need all the cheesy faux bed and breakfast decor (e.g. antique sewing machine in restroom (?!?) The only reason this place is popular is because it's on Long Island - it would be a miserable failure in any metropolis. Cons: service, food, wait
