Review content:
shouldn't even get one star.
I read a review on edmunds that said this was like a classic used car dealer from a movie with high pressure sales and classic ""let me go back and talk to my manager"" stuff.
I recently bought a car from them. As part of the deal I was going to have a moon roof installed. After a few weeks of asking about the moon roof, they finally called me today and said they can't find it in the paperwork. I dealt with Drake Hart, who was extremely pushy. Along with his boss, they both pushed me to the deal and claimed they would install a moon roof. Now they both cannot remember that it was part of the deal. Even though they clearly told me they remember discussing it. And I asked very clearly many times to make sure it was going to be included.
