I've been a residential landlord for many years now. Back when I first bought and remodeled my rentals, I used to rely on the warrantees that came with the appliances I bought from major retail stores. After a few attempts at service calls, I came to believe that the major repair contractors were only there to give consumers the run-around.
One day, I asked my plumber for a referral and he set me up with Westwood Appliance.
I've been completely satisfied ever since! Westwood Appliance is a business that I depend on, at least three or four times a year, to respond quickly, effectively, and economically to all of my tenants needs. They generally get things done the same day, they don't waste time getting to the root of the problem, and when a machine would cost more to repair than replace, I've usually ended up buying the replacement from them, too.
They stand by their products and service, and they stand by their warrantees. I don't know what confusion may have led to the previous reviewer's warrantee experience, but I have nothing but great things to say about the business, and the professionalism and courteousness of the family that runs it.
