As posted earlier, I did not have a very good experience. And Westwood Applicance did NOT fix anything. But wow...after writing that review, AL (supposedly the owner who came to my house) actually called my HOME to complain about the review! I wasn't going to tell the entire horrid, inappropriate tale but here goes...In addition to his wife and daughter (Darlene and Danielle respectively) being so rude, Al did come to the house. He said it had to do with the venting and then tried to persuade me to do an very expensive ""new venting"" which I refused. But the WORST part was how inappropriate he was. Again, like his daughter, he asked if I was a therapist and then launched into stories of some of his other clients who were therapists and descriptions of their homes. He made ongoing inappropriate comments about people and their professions. He tried to make me feel indebted because he wasn't going to charge me. Is he kidding!? I thanked him and called Snyder Diamond (where I purchased the dryer) and they came out and made sure the installation was correct. All that was needed was to check the vent connection. They did, and the dryer works perfectly. I would never allow these people in my home again. I
