While you're scratching your head and trying to figure out what the big hype is about--- consider this: these same polls say Dick's has the best hamburgers, Pizza Hut has the best pizza, and the Old Spaghetti Factory has great food. Almost ANY mom-and-pop donut store in California has better donuts than this (no, I'm not from California). I grew up in the South, ate these for years. Everyone there knows the only time to eat these is at 3am when you're full of beer. Any other time, they're so full of fat and sugar, they'll make you hurl.
Pros: open at 3am, absorbs beer
Cons: too sweet, too expensive, too greasy
