Ordered a variety of caviar from them after getting a primer (on paddlefish) from the informative, chatty and ultrapatient woman taking my phone order (I could here lots of customers in the background, but she made no effort to rush me). Not only did the caviar arrive quickly, but nicely chilled because is was well wrapped with cold packs and then tucked into a cute insulated cooler. I have, over the years, ordered quite a bit of caviar online. I have found this company a reliable source for well priced, impeccibly fresh and oh so melt-in-your-drooling-mouth caviar. Will definitely order there again. As an aside, I think they also sell serveware so you could send a pretty nice gift all from one place.
