My family and I have come to this office for several appointments. They made me believe that Dr. Gonzalez still was the doctor there. He was not the doctor anymore (since January 2012) and they didnt tell me that until the other doctor came in the exam room. They didnt even mention the new doctors name when I made my appointment, when I arrived for my appointment, or when I was having the air puff tests done. The new doctor walked in and I had mentioned to the new doctor that I wanted to see him and the doctor seemed annoyed that I mentioned his name. He is a really good doctor and I wanted to continue seeing him. I asked the other people that work there and nobody knew where he went. Almost all the people that work there are new now so that was something else I did not like. I left the office feeling like I was lied to. I started to look for Dr. Gonzales on the internet and I found him. So I went to his new office and I told him what happened. He told me that the people that work at the Grand Prairie office knew where he had moved to and that they might not wanted to tell her in fear that I would leave them. He also told me he also had another location and gave me his business cards. So for the many others that are looking for him, here is his new place. He works at the First Eyecare in Arlington (2301 N. Collins) and also at Eye Pieces in Dallas (3699 McKinney Ave.). I had my appointment with him and he was still great. His new place is much bigger and nicer than the old place.
