Review content:
Have been a patient at Summit Primary Care for 15 years. Went in to be seen this morning and was told I would need to pay a balance of $65 from a year ago in addition to my co-pay in order to be seen. I paid the amount. Was called up a short time later and told I would need to pay an additional $60+ for the same visit from the year before in order to be seen. I walked out. Was called an hour later and told my account would be considered current, the second charge had been forgiven, and I could be seen. I had been to the practice twice in as many days to be seen at the walk-in clinic. Will not be going back. Am spending my morning looking for a new doctor! Cons: Poor customer service, shady billing practices
