Review content:
I'm single and thought what a great way to save money but still eat fresh home cooked food. Big mistake! There was nothing fresh in this place. When I first went into this place, I met with Shannon (owner/manager) and I immediately felt like I was buying a car from a used car salesman. I tried to explain to Shannon that before committing to a 'meal plan' I would like to try it a few times and if I thought there was value in the concept I would consider a 'meal plan'. Once I told Shannon that I was not interested in a more expensive plan her customer service skills went out the window. For example, I had a few questions about the menu and process and Shannon told me I had to wait until I was done making my meals to ask questions - what! I ended up making 4 meals and found the food to be bland. The sauces were cold and had no spices added to them. The pasta/noodles were over cooked and the vegetables were not ?garden fresh?. For the prices charged I would have expected a much better experience! Do not waste your money and I'd recommend customer service training for Shannon!
