Being that my wife and I am buying our first home, Tom was VERY helpful and very knowledgeable. When we showed up to the home, Tom was already unpacked and taking pictures before our appointment. He took the time to point out everything he was concerned about, gave us explanations on why it happened, how to prevent it, and how to fix it. We have heard so many horror stories about inspectors from our friends and family, but Tom was MORE than a pleasure to work with.
We would definitely recommend his services to everyone we know. Fast, punctual, thorough and professional. Thank you!!!!!!
