Tom from Pacific NW Home Inspections arrived 15 minutes early to our scheduled home inspection. He was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the home which was built in 1912. He spent 3 1/2 hours going through the home from crawlspace to roof. Afterwards, he walked through the entire home inspection with us patiently and discussed issues he found with the home that needed attention. Most importantly, he noted a roof leak that the seller didn't know about nor did the agent! We were delighted with the results and will use Tom at Pacific NW Home Inspections again and tell our friends. Prices were good and he was able to schedule our inspection the next day. Thank you.
