I've used Tom (Pacific NW Home Inspections) twice for homes older than 1925. Tom's inspections are very detailed and the layout of the report is very easy to understand with pictures to document all of the concerns. Tom gives very detailed verbal reports on top of the detailed online written/image reports, and his opinion is very honest. In the verbal report, Tom gave me tips on what projects to the home would be a priority. Tom is very prompt and professional. Tom answers all questions during and anytime after the inspection. His many years as a builder helped me gain insight on both of the older homes he inspected for me. I'm definitely going to use Pacific NW Home Inspections if I ever need a house inspected again.
