Ordered for delivery for first time on a Thursday evening. Phone service was friendly and polite. Ordered a large Brava Deluxe Pizza, Combo Calzone, and a 2 litre of root beer. My total came to $32.64, at that price I was expecting something spectacular. I was told it would be 45 minutes for delivery, no problem. One hour and fifteen minutes later my food arrives. I decide to check out the pizza first, half of my $32 meal. To my dismay I found within this pizza box a greasy luke warm pizza. Even more discouraging was it looked like one of those cheap frozen pizzas you find at the grocery store. Of course the pizza tasted just as at looked, greasy. That is all you taste, cheap ingredients and very little sauce makes for a grease pizza. The calzone was next and boy did it not disappoint. Again, cheap and very little ingredients, equals very gross calzone. First thing I noticed when I picked it up was the all too familiar mushy grease feal of the pizza dough turnover. I then noticed how large it appeared. Upon further inspection I found that this calzone was just greasy pizza dough, with some cheap ingredients thrown in as an afterthought. The root beer was good, thanks to Mug. A very disppointing pizza experience to say the least, I feal as though I have been kicked in the stomach and robbed. Probably just the indigestion and the fact that I paid a good chunk of change for something I could have probably bought at the grocery store for under $10 in the half off closeout aisle. Never again Pizza Brava, never again. Pros: courteous phone people Cons: food
