CAREWAYS SHELTER allows the residents to smoke coke and does nothing about it, they don't care if babies die or if moms go on coke,benders they care nothing about the families they devestate,i bet you whoever started this shelter had no idea it would turn into such a sham of lies and deception, is the staff so high that they are incapable of progressing forward???i've been told that the staff has a few substance abuse problems of their own,i will be finding out who is in charge and who will be accountable for the actions that preceeded the events that have been leading up to the terrible events that forced the outcome of how the shelter is run.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
