Okay, let me tell the real skinny on this El Pollo Loco Chicken. First, I'm a reasonable person and believe in giving second chances so after the first time i felt i was robbed, i waited aprox. 7 months and tried them again. OMG!!! i took myself and my 7 year old with me. i got him the so-called combo: it was two tortilla's and a drink for $4.99!!! if you wanted chips and cheese sauce were extra. i ordered a burritto combo the pollo asada. it was dry, smaller than a taco bell burrito but my chips were included with my combo for a whooping $6.98!!WTF!!!! yes, i was robbed and still hungry. so since we ate inside we retreated to the value menu and brought 3 taquitos and 2 sides of rice. they were actually pretty good. overall, i spent almost 25.00 for dinner for myself and a 7 year old. i will now appreciate Taco Bell and i will never let El Pollo Loco rob me again. If you chose something go for the value menu, its the best deal going.
