My one and only (forever) experience with this place was straight out of the movie ?Brazil?: I had an appointment for a wash/wax/interior detail at 9 am the next day. I show up for the appt. and the guy says ?come back at 10 because we don?t know if its gonna rain or not and don?t know if we?re gonna be open today, gotta wait and see what the boss says.? I say ?well, that?s OK, you can just do the interior, since that?s most important anyway.? The guy sticks to his guns and states that no work will commence until he hears from the bossman at 10. So, to summarize, here were my problems with the scenario:
