Would highly advise you find another place to purchase your wedding gown or you may suffer great disappointment and stress rather than the enjoyment that should be experienced as you choose the most important dress of your life. I found the perfect gown for my beach wedding to be held in another country. Tried on a 4 but it was too tight in the hips so planned to order a 6. Owner said there was plenty of material that would allow the seamstress to let the dress out so no need to get the next size. I paid for the dress and was waiting to arrange to see the seamstress when owner handed me a card and said the seamstress was not in-house. I was concerned and said, ""what if there is a problem, I have always had alterations from an employee of the shop"" and owner said ""seamstress has worked for me for years and is great. If there is a problem you let me know and I will fix it."" I took her at her word, but that was a huge mistake. Long story short, the seamstress did not alter the dress to fit me and made the fabric so it would not lay the right way but worse than that she put a pull in the fabric about a foot long with a hole on one end on the front of the dress...it was RUINED! I went straight to owner and she told me that once the dress left her shop it was mine and she had nothing to do with mistakes made by the seamstress. She told me to SUE the seamstress for the cost of the damaged dress. She did not even try to help me find another dress. Terrible customer service! Looking back, I think the owner was pushing the size 4 on me because, according to other bridal shops, the smaller sizes are slow movers which is why they have very few of them. The seamstress finally did give me the money for the dress. However, that did not help at all with the position I was left in trying to find a dress to fit me off of the rack because once all this happened I was running out of time and had to search every bridal store all over the gulf coast to find a new dress in time. My wedding was beautiful but no thanks to this store.
