I have had several title loans with this company. When I paid off the loans, they always released my title to me right there and then. Recently, I paid off a loan and they refused to release my title because they claim it was sent to corporate office in Utah (I live in Albuquerque). I think they should have notified me of this change prior to when it was time for me to pay off my loan. ""Oops, sorry, your title is in Utah. You'll have to wait 2 weeks!"" What if this title gets lost ? I think when you pay off your loan, you should immediately get your title back. Bad Business.
