Review content:
I went to BJ's last night with my boyfriend, brother and cousin. We waited half an hour to be seated. We ordered, and 50 minutes later, we were wondering where our food was. Finally, the waitress confessed that she had lost our order. We reordered, and our food arrived 30 minutes later. Being a vegetarian, I had asked for no meat in my Italian salad, but when I started to eat it, I noticed that they had ignored my request. Then my boyfriend said ""ugh! my steak is cold!"" Now I figured he was exaggerating, that it was warm, but when I touched his steak, it was like they had stuck this piece of meat in a freezer before they served it to him. After getting our waitress' attention she took the steak back, only to ""reheat"" it and serve it back to my boyfriend. AND it was still cold.
Cons: terrible staff, horrible service, cold food
