I use The Burns Clean Team both on a personal level in my home and as a Property Manager, where I'm constantly referring them and handing out their business cards. I've been using them for about six or seven years, and I love them!
Paul is awesome. As the owner, he makes his company run smoothly and everyone is very personable and helpful, not at all like a larger company might be. Whenever I call there, he always recognizes my voice and asks how I'm doing. Touches like that matter so much. I really appreciate that. Plus, nobody else can get a carpet cleaner than they can, I mean it! I can't say enough good things about this company!
