I was going to Kathy several times, she was a nice person and all but never really quite got my hair correct. Thought i would give her the benefit of the doubt so i recommended her to my mother. She SCREWED over my mom. She went to go get her hair dyed and Paid over $100 to not even do her hair correctly! She sent my mom home with wet hair dye and told her she can take it off in 1 hour! So my mom basically had to wash her own hair out and blow dry it. To top it off her hair came out multi-colored. My mother then requested that she get her money back and see if she can do something for her hair. Kathy said sure set up a time to meet my mother. She never was there to see my mothers hair! Some other stylist had to give her some advice and it took Kathy over 2 weeks to refund my mother money back. For that reason i am now seeing one of her former stylist!! All the money i spent was worthless!
