Review content:
I recently transferred from this clinic to another after utilizing South Valley for many years. I have never had a child and I go for yearly exams and I had an IUD placed. I have gotten excellent treatment from the nurse practitioners and Dr.s every time I have gone and that is definitely not my issue. My issue is that I have been treated poorly by the girls at the front desk who are obviously overworked, and I have seen them treat others poorly as well, so I know it isn't me. Also, I have gone in for an appointment and been there for about 3 hours and twenty minutes which made me late to work. While that has only happened once, I have waited numerous other times 2+ hours, so long wait is typical. Also, it can take 3 months to get an appointment for my busy schedule, so if you aren't someone who is free during the day a lot like me, this will also be a problem. I pay for these services so I am taking my business elsewhere, and suggest you find another place as well that isn't overloaded with patients.
