The price may seem reasonable but you'd rather pay the extra 50 dollars a month elsewhere that has newer piping, professional service, paved parking, and a manager that just doesn't try to cover up everything. This place gets -10 out of 10 stars for me. The management there is just clueless because if there's a problem, she always takes the maintenance man (Joe) word for it instead of checking it herself to see what the real problem is. Secondly, Joe (main maintenance man) goes in your unit with an attitude from hell accusing you what you did that caused anything to break, because my air conditioner pipe broke that's inside the wall and caused my dining room, main bedroom and main restroom to flood with water and that brings me to a different point. They claim to have 24/7 maintenance service, not true! I called because I wanted the maintenance to suction all the water drenched for 2 days in my carpet and I was told ""We'll be right over...."" 30 minutes I call back and they say ""The boss says we won't be going until tomorrow"" meaning, just deal with the stenched water lurking in your carpet until we clock in to do it. I don't believe this is defamation of character due to the fact that these things really happen...defamation is making something up just for the sake of it but this is all true. The problem with the water still wasn't fixed and Joe the maintenance man walks out saying ""F*** this....I'm getting sick and tired of this job"" while he's walking out of my apartment because he doesn't want to get a suction vacuum to get the water out of there. And then, Debbie (management) claims that I""m responsible for paying all of the damages the water caused to the rug...not only that..they throw the drenched and stinking rug in my front porch and leave it there to stink up my entrance. And THEN!, I asked the management to send someone to clean it up after lurking smell for 3 days and all they have to say is, it's not our responsibility, it's yours! Ugh!
Pros: The price but you really do get what you pay for
Cons: Management, maintenance (big attitudes and don't want to do their jobs)
