Review content:
We stayed in the Neptune's Cave room at the South Temple location and it was just that, a cave. Apparantly they had no heat running in the basement room, and it couln't have been warmer than 55 degrees in our room, in December. We caled after 2 hours and it was still freezing and they came down to make sure we knew how to use the heater. Besides the temperature, the room and the bed were tiny. I'm only 6'1"", and my legs dangled off the end of the bed. The fact that they didn't offer us another room when there was only one other car in the parking lot that night is inexcusable. We will NOT go back, and I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. For $140 a night, I would expect a heated room!
