Thank goodness for the Laptop Shop. My computer stopped working and I took it to Best Buy and another local shop, neither place could help me fix it. They were nice about it and speculated that it must be the motherboard and it is not worth fixing. They pushed to sell me on a new one. A friend at work recommended the Laptop Shop, and low and behold they replaced my motherboard and I am up and running without having to fork out a bunch of money for a new one. I will never go anywhere else for my computer needs.
