I attempted several times to uphold my responsibilities of paying off my debt to Alex Rose & Assoc and every time have had imcompetent customer service. The last time topped the cake. They agreed to split an account and allow one party to pay their half which in turn would remove them from the account and of credit delinquency on their credit report. They pass the phone around the office, frustrating you and not giving you any solid answers on who can give authorization to send official documents stating what they tell you over the phone therefore creating only verbal contracts which are unbackable. Then on Friday, they are so quick to get out of the office, they don't even finish their responsibilities or conversations to anyone who is actually trying to give them money to pay off their debt!!! They hang up on you!! HOW RIDICULOUS!!
Pros: They do give receipts for your payments, but only if you pay by credit card
Cons: No service, no professionality, no competence
