Just recently I took my dog, Daisy, to DSAH because she had been struck by a car. I called, explained the situation, and asked if there were any appointments available. The receptionist was very kind, told me not to worry and to just come on in. Upon arriving, everybody seemed to be aware of the situation already and were very catering to mine and my pet's needs. Dr. Phillip came into the room immediately, examined Daisy, and very thoroughly explained his plan and my options (surgery or only splinting the leg he thought to be broken). Due to limited income, I chose option two, and left Daisy at the hospital for treatment. The technician that assisted Dr. Phillip was very kind as well and called me to let me know periodically throughout the day updates of their progress. I even had a very in depth consultation upon picking her up where they went over her x-rays, medications, and at home care. I have to say this was a great experience. The staff at DSAH are very kind, helpful, and caring. They even called the next day to check on Daisy. I will be going back from now on, and I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.
