I can honestly say after 26 yrs. in a related trade,WOW !! I can't believe how rude his employees are , how horrible of a job they did,tried to fix a toilet, when they left it still leaks, is now mounted very cocked and leans to the right, and looks like total junk !!! his lead man that was at my house was very full of himself and tried to act like he knew something, and when you question him gets very rude and defensive & insults you,then tries to spew tech talk that he don't understand himself. from 1-10 my experience with them would be a -1... The GOLDEN rule when you deal with customers and the public in general is the customers always right, and even if they aren't, they are !!! and you never never insult them or be rude with them !!! They pay your salary...without them you would be sitting home !!! But I notice these values are not shared at this company !!!
