From a glance North Bank Kennels looks clean, friendly and responsible. But did you know that your dog isn't fed at all during the first 24 hours he/she stays? Did you know that the treats you send along with your dog are either thrown out or add to the kennels ""complimentary"" dog food as soon as you drive off? Ever wonder why your dogs bed always comes back clean? The answer is they never get their bed, it just sits on top of the inside kennel. Next time your there, ask to see a tour of the facilities, see if you're told to wait just a minute while the employee/owner ""cleans"" up. And when you ask why all the dog beds are not in with the dogs, they'll respond saying they just got done cleaning down the inside, that's a lie. Did you know that the medication you send with you dog doesn't always get to them, and if they forget they throw away the pills to make up the difference so you won't notice? Did you know that a number of dogs have died there due to neglect from the owner/emplyees. Did you know that the way they get your dog to stop barking is by spraying it in the face with the high power hose? Of course you didn't, how could you? It's so easy to hide.
