Review content:
I love the mall, BUT I have just at the worst shopping experience at a kiosk called ""WIRELESS TOUCH"". I learned the hard way they have a no refund policy. I just purchased two cases for my kids new I pods for $39 each. I though I was getting a really nice silicone durable case. I went to eat lunch and mull over my purchases. The cases looked made of plastic and did not feel durable. I immediately tried to return them, approx. one hour after purchase. They would not let me. I was never told it was a final sale and that they have a no refund policy. It is written on the reciept in tiny print, which you get after purchase. They do have a small sign on the counter, but it is very small and inconspicuous. I did my best to return the items in a reasonable manner without success. To add insult to injury, spending 90 dollars on what feels like plastic cases, the very same product they sold me ( withholding the packaging until after the purchase ) is available on the web for 8 dollars. The products I purchased are probably made of plastic in China. Buyer beware on anything without a return policy, particularly from this kiosk. If they were on the up and up, I suspect they would allow returns for unhappy customers. C.
