Review content:
I almost made the mistake by using this so called ""florist"" company for my wedding. After signing a contract and putting a deposit down I thoughT everything would be fine. Boy, was I wrong! After 4-long months of mis-leading, rude, un-educated, un-reliable and EXTREMELY un-professional staff, I was told by the owner Carole that they ""mis-quoted"" me AND were no longer going to honor my contract!! BECAUSE THEY MADE A MISTAKE!!! The owner even re-quoted me, another $1300.00 MORE!!! She even had the nerve to insult me, THE CUSTOMER!! .... I had to file a complaint online to ""3B"" to get my money back. The so called ""president"" Carole made it very clear that she does not stand by anything they present themselves to be as they clearly do not take care of their customers, do not honor their contracts, nor own up to THEIR MISTAKES!! Ladies & Gents... when planning any kind of event, wedding, corporate, etc... dont go with this cheap un-professional florist. There are so many florists out there, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS ONE!!!
