Review content:
I dont know why so many people complain about this park but all around the place is a pretty nice place to live. Maybe they should visit some of the other parks in the area then they wouldnt think sterling was so bad. You get pretty good lot space and the park keeps pretty good tabs on people as far as who should and shouldnt be living here. I noticed some of the older homes our getting purchased by a middle class working people and they are doing a nice job on remodeling them. I do agree lot rent is a little high but maybe sterling will use some of that money to keep the place looking nice.
