My husband and I deeply regretted using this company to manage our property. 1) They were never able to find us even one prospective tenant (not even a ""looker"") even though they charged us for running an ad in the paper, 2) I ended up finding 4 prospective tenants on my own after they didn't do anything towards that effort, 3) they allowed their employees to make decisions which we did not approve of 4) they refused to remedy the situation or address any problems with the tenant when asked.
Cons: TOO MANY TOO LIST, THE BIGGEST OF WHICH IS THAT THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR IT.
