Review content:
Very poor experience spending hundreds of dollars on the Zerona laser treatment. It does NOT work. They will NOT refund your money although they use deceptive trade practices to get you in the door. No results. And their magical foot baths, exercising on their vibrating plate, taking their extra fee vitamin supplements and sitting in their sweat room doesn't change the fact their program doesn't work.
Their website even states you can ""can expect to lose 2-7 pant/dress sizes"". When that didn't happen, when what they clearly state you can EXPECT from the program, didn't work, they wouldn't refund my money. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, where they already have a ""B"" rating due to 2 previous complaints for similar issues. DO NOT GET SUCKERED INTO THIS!!!
Any other merchant offering a product that doesn't work, would give your money back. They have a no refund policy, because if they offered refunds, they would never make a dime on this bogus program!
