I am completely appalled by the way I was treated by the staff at Nudaya and will never return there again. They are dishonest and rude. When I called Nudaya to make an appointment for Botox, I asked the receptionist if they still have the special for $10 per unit on certain days. She told me that special is no longer available & it is now $11 per unit. I said that is fine and made an appointment. She later called and told me that she had good news and bad news. She informed me that she needed to reschedule my appointment because the doctor was no longer available but that since she was rescheduling, the charge would only be $10 per unit. She asked if I could come in on Friday at a certain time instead. I told her that I wasn?t available then & she asked about the following Friday. I said I?d prefer not to wait that long & asked if there was anything available sooner. She scheduled me for Monday. After receiving my Botox injections on Monday, when I went to pay, she informed me that it would be $11 per unit. When I told her that she had told me on the phone that it would only be $10 per unit since she rescheduled me, she denied it and said that special is only available on Fridays. (This was after she told me on our original phone call that they don?t have any specials for $10 per unit on any days.) I told her that she never said that on the phone and I was told that it would only be $10 per unit. She became very rude & argumentative telling me that she knows what she told me and that she never said that. I finally told her that I?d pay the extra money but I know what she told me. This isn?t about the money. I think $11 per unit is a good price to pay for Botox. I get 32 units so it?s only a $32 difference. I just don?t like being lied to and then being told that I?m lying by a very rude staff member. I normally don?t write bad reviews but I wanted to warn others about the deceptive practices at Nudaya MedSpa and the rude staff so that people will know to stay away. No one deserves to be disrespected and treated the way that I was by this staff member.
