This ""company"" must not be legit. They don't answer calls using their company name (that should have been a big red flag for me) and they came in a plain white van sans the company name. The two guys that came did not look a bit professional; seems like they just woke up. They brought out an ancient snake (older than the two of them combined) that should have been replaced decades ago. Oh, by the way, they came ready with a small snake and a large snake and both were ancient- the large one broke or got stuck while they were using it. They had nothing in their van to protect my flooring. They were late. And worst of all they weren't even able to unclog the backed up pipes (at least temporarily unclog the dang pipes so we can use the bathroom!!!). How could they unclog it if they weren't equipped with proper working equipment. BE WARNED, I don't know where these supposed good reviews came from cause I didn't see anything positive from this plumbing company.
