A year to two years ago I had REPEATED problems with customer service at the Creedmoor Road location in Raleigh. So bad that I promised myself to NEVER eat there again. Last night, breaking my promise, I tried again, spending close to $60, and I am reiterating that promise. I will NEVER eat at this restaurant again. Bloomin onion had to have been sitting around for hours. Fries with chicken (I did not order) COLD. I trashed it ALL. Oh, and don't bother contacting their corporate office. After repeated attempts, they didn't bother to do respond in the past so why would they now? Their customer service stinks too! This restaurant STINKS!!!! Go Lonestar!!!!
