Review content:
I would give Dr Enzweiler 0 stars if that were an option. I have gone to Grants Lick Veterinary Hospital for years. Their prices are reasonable and most of their doctors are good. However, Dr Enzweiler is one of those vets who I have to ask, ""why did you ever become a vet?"" It sure isn't because he loves animals or has any compassion. We recently found a stray dog that was very pregnant. Sadly, she was heartworm positive. Dr Enzweiler actually suggested putting this dog to sleep...one day before she had puppies. Are you kidding me, as a vet that is truly the best you can do for this poor dog? Then he turns around and has the nerve to charge a very high bill for his wonderful opinion. Dr Enzweiler seems to be on this power trip that he is ""God"" and that you as the client are an idiot. Grants Lick is a good vet hospital, but avoid this sorry excuse for a vet! If they tell you he is the only one with available appointments as they did us, run as fast as you can and find a good, but just as importantly, a caring vet.
