My daughter attended a friend's birthday there, and I was disappointed in the services the girls received. First, the place was a absolute mess. The girls were getting manicures, pedicures and facials. The pedicure consisted in them putting their feet in a bowl of water for 1 min and having lotion rubbed on the top of their feet, half the girls did not even have all the lotion rubbed in. Then like a assembly line the toenails were painted. Next to the manicure, same thing, they stuck their hands in a small bowl, then assembly line painting. Facials? The ""mask"" was applied like war paint. Swipe, swipe, swipe. 1/8 of their faces were covered. Then cucumbers and a warm towel placed on the face. Everyone still had the mask left on their face AFTER the lady wiped it off. Now off to the ""party"" room, again, very unclean and very tiny. Our hostess kept forgetting who the ""birthday"" girl was, which was annoying to me and it was not even my child. This party cost a fortune, and the quality of the services were beyond poor. Again, I did not pay for this party, however I feel terrible for the parents. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The kids had a great time, but they do not know what a actual pedicure, etc is. The price of the services and the quality of the services are very unbalanced. Just wanted to let everyone know, so they were not ripped off, like these parents were.
