The new manager Pete, in my opinion, has customer service/satisfaction as his number one priority as he takes over management of this Brake Master location. Due to an accident a few weeks earlier when my brakes locked up in the rain, causing me to rear-end the car in front of me, I brought my Chevy pickup in to have the brakes checked. Turned out one of the ABS system sensors malfunctioned and one of the rear brake shoes broke in half inside the drum. The technician replaced my rear brake shoes, wheel cylinders, front brake pads, flushed the brake fluid and bled the air out of the system. Also, I had the radiator flush since my heater wasn't putting out much heat. The technician checked my thermostat and it was stuck open. A $6 dollar part and I now have heat again. I now have excellent brakes due to the diligent work and experience by the technicians at this location. It was raining hard when I left the shop and I slammed on my brakes down the road. I now have a good working ABS system again. The heat on these cold days is now a pleasure use putting out hot air instead of cold. Walk-ins are welcome, but I would recommend that you call and make an appointment to avoid waiting time as it normally appointments then first come first serve. Thank you to the manager Pete and to his technicians who did a great job on my truck.
