Review content:
I should have read the other reviews before scheduling an appointment here. The office was filthy. Just like the other people described. The floors were dirty; the cabinets were falling apart and the cheap plastic counter tops were disgusting. I was quickly rushed in to get my x-rays done while I was still filing out long multiple forms. They make you sign a form that states that they will charge you $25 if you are late or reschedule your appointment; this is unheard of. The Dentist quickly looked at my teeth and said everything was fine. Then the office manager came in, a large aggressive looking woman, telling me that in order for me to get my cleaning done I would first have to get a crown done. She refused to have my cleaning done until my crown was done. She told me that it was for liability reasons that the office could not do a cleaning until my crown was done. The dentist never told me I needed a crown. I had her bring the dentist back and he complied with her request. After arguing with her about her stupid policy and refusing to clean my teeth, I left. Now reading everyone else?s comments, I discovered that this refusal to clean my teeth until I agreed to have work done there (in other words spend more money there) was just a scam to get me to agree to do the work. DON?T FALL FOR THERE SCAM. I went to another office and had my teeth clean with no problems and guess what, this other dentist told me I did not need a crown..
