My wife bought a pre-payed plan for oil changes and tune-ups from these guys and I don't think they actually ever die any work.
We were driving to Portland several weeks ago and the engine suddenly seized up and froze. I couldn't even pull the dipstick out.
We had to replace the entire engine for several thousand dollars. There was no oil leak and the coolant was all there.
Bottom line ...if these guys were doing the regular maintenance this could not happen.
Cons: Had to replace the engine.
