Michael Holmes of Rocky Face, GA was fired from his last job for stealing but somehow still draws full benefits. He has been on unemployment off and on now for over three years while maintaining a sub-contractor position at Hullco and Advantage doors and windows. I thought unemployment benefits were for people that could not find employment after being laid off from a job. I have been laid off from a sub-contractor position but was told I was unable to draw any type of unemployment benefits. I was just wondering how Michael has been able to draw for so long and work a full time job.
