More like the WORST place to live in barrow county! Do not make the same mistake i did, this place is horrible, there advertisements are a complete lie, there units are disgusting and were not clean, stains in the carpet, vents had 2inches of dust caked on them, and not very energy efficiant there are heavy wind drafts in the doors/windows and the bathrooms had mold growing in it. I was just desperate for something cheap and i overlooked the unit b/c i thought the complex was safe and quiet but boy was i wrong, there was always cops called, loud guitar playing and awful singing outside the units, loud partying, booming systems, bug infestations, dogs barking and running loose, oh and did i mention that there is a local drug dealer that can deliver drugs to your neighbors right in front of there children in broad daylight. Also there is a sex offender living in one of the units even though they require background checks. not to mention during a snow storm your car will get smashed up due to the screwed up parking lot which is located in a hole that your landlord/owner will do nothing about. you also have to be careful leaving your unit you have to dodge grills, toys and other crap in the walkways, oh and if you have boats, RVs, bikes,or lawnmovers bring them on over they are welcome! and if you want anything fixed in your unit they will rigg the crap out of it.
