I disagree with the other reviewers. In my opinion the office staff is execeedingly rude and disorganized (e.g., I left a message for Dr. Alpan to call me regarding a question I needed answered and did not receive a call back for weeks, I canceled my appointment days in advance and then received calls stating that I had missed it, etc.). Despite the fact that I am entitled to additional visits, i.e. I have already paid for them, I will not be returning back--life is simply too short.
