Review content:
My car was hit by another car and he took me to this body shop as he knew someone there. I paid extra to have them do a small job on my car that I wanted done anyway. Two weeks later the paint has peeled up and looks terrible. I took it back today to have them fix it, they pushed me off until later in the week and not knowing I understand Spanish, the body shop guy was blaming me. When I originally picked the car up and pointed out the problem he denied it and told me it was something else. After getting blown off by them today I took it to a body shop on Ventura Blvd that I've used before and he showed me that Joe's had not sanded my car, had painted over the OLD PAINT and now it's costing me double to get the job done. I tried to be friendly and patient with these people but they're hacks I'm afraid.
